The project included the restoration of the monumental area of “Teatro alla Scala” of Milan, and the demolition and reconstruction of the scenic space.
The project included the restoration of the monumental area of “Teatro alla Scala” of Milan, and the demolition and reconstruction of the scenic space.
The bottom of the new scenic space reached -17,2m., with an excavation up to -18,6m. for an area of (24 x 34 + 6x15) m2 .
Side Via Verdi: the anchors were placed on 6 levels, total length 28m. ÷ 23m., bond to ground length 10÷11m., inclination 20°, tension 450 ÷ 750 kN.
Side Theater: the anchors were placed on 6 levels, total length 26m. ÷ 24m., bond to ground length 10m., inclination 20°, tension 450 ÷ 750 kN.
Remaining perimeter: the anchors were placed on 2 levels, total length 21m. ÷ 20m., bond to ground length 8÷10m., inclination 25°, tension 390 ÷ 570 kN.
