Belle Bay Plaza is a multi-billion hotel-casino entertainment and residential complex, which, at the time of its construction was foreseen to be premier in Asia, and to be developed on a reclaimed area between Manila Bay and Roxas Boulevard.

Tensacciai provided for the supply of all the necessary materials to manufacture the anchors on site, together with the equipment for their installation, stressing and monitoring of 220 ton capacity rock anchors to anchor the 18 meter deep by 1.5 meter thick diaphragm walls built along the perimeter of the 5 hectare lot. For this project Tensacciai supplied more than 18.000 m. of permanent anchors "608" type
